Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- •Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- •Items without original tags or packaging
- •Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- •Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Ship Your Return
Pack items securely with all tags attached and ship to the address provided
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
For exchanges due to defects or our error, contact us first and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.
