Welcome to Choose Palestine ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at choosepalestine.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Choose Palestine is a print-on-demand webshop. Our products are printed and fulfilled through Printify and its network of print providers only after you place an order.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or purchase our products.

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
• Use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Engage in any data mining, data harvesting, or similar data extraction methods

Print-on-Demand Model: Choose Palestine operates as a print-on-demand webshop. All products are custom-made after you place your order through our fulfillment partner Printify. This means there may be slight variations in color and positioning compared to product mockups.

Product Information: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or product details will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations may occur due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.

Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

Payment: Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Production Time: As our products are made-to-order, please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping begins.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the print facility closest to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Orders are fulfilled through Printify's network of print providers located globally. Your order may ship from different facilities depending on the products ordered and your delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, production issues, or other factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our return and refund policy is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Important Note for Print-on-Demand: As our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns for defective items, wrong items received, or significant quality issues. We cannot accept returns for change of mind unless the product is defective.

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at gpsr@honsonventures.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HONSON VENTURES LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the content without our express written permission.

Our product designs, trademarks, and brand identity are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HONSON VENTURES LIMITED and Choose Palestine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site or products
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Site by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
• Production delays, print quality variations, or shipping issues related to our print-on-demand fulfillment

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.

Choose Palestine uses Printify and its network of print providers to fulfill orders. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise during the production or shipping process that are beyond our control.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact HONSON VENTURES LIMITED at gpsr@honsonventures.com, and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the matter.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HONSON VENTURES LIMITED, Choose Palestine, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Limassol, Cyprus, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have certain rights under EU consumer protection laws.

Important Note: The standard 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods. As our products are made-to-order specifically for you, they fall into this category. However, your rights for defective or incorrect items remain fully protected.

To report any issues with your order, you must inform us by email to gpsr@honsonventures.com within 30 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
